Hope Achievers Kenya (HAK) is a registered community-based organization (CBO) founded in 2021 in Mathare, one of Africa's largest and most vibrant informal settlements. Officially registered under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, Department of Social Development, with registration number 07819 in 2022, HAK is committed to empowering young women aged 19 and below by providing a holistic support system.
Our programs focus on providing free access to a child development center, mental health support, vocational and urban farming skills, mentorship, and prevention and management of early pregnancies. By creating access to these vital resources, we strive to uplift the community and build a better future for young women in Mathare slums.
