IMPACTS AND GOALS

HAK’s mission is to empower young women under 19 in Mathare through free services such as child development care, mental health support, vocational training, and urban farming. Through mentorship and guidance, HAK fosters personal growth, resilience, and self-sufficiency.

Our goals align with our vision, mission, and focus areas:

• Improving mental health support for young people, especially young women.
• Reducing early pregnancies through prevention and management initiatives.
• Supporting sustainable livelihoods through skills development.

Impact Metrics:

To date, HAK has empowered, mentored, and guided 13 young women directly and reached over 1,000 young women indirectly through partnerships with other organizations.
